"How much are you willing to pay?"

English rock band, Radiohead, started in 1986 has been a consistent with their music, giving fans seven albums to this day and bringing a different sound to listeners.

Radiohead consists of Thom Yorke (lead vocals, piano, and guitar), Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar, electronics), Ed O'Brien (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Colin Greenwood (bass guitar, synthesizers), and Phil Selway (percussion).

Their first album was Pablo Hone, released in 1993, followed by The Bends in 1995, OK Computer in 1997, Kid A in 2000, Amnesiac in 2001, Hail To Thief in 2003, and the latest and most controversial album, In Rainbows, released on October 10.

Most of their albums have been certified platinum. Kid A was both number one on the UK charts and the US charts. Amnesiac was number one on the UK charts, number two on the US charts, and was made a gold album in the US. Hail to Thief was also made gold, and climbed to number three on the US charts.

Now with a new album, Radiohead is stepping their game up and hopefully climbing the charts once again.

Their new album In Rainbows is just like their previous albums; nothing new that surprises the listeners, but that's how Radiohead fans like it. There is one surprise that fans didn't expect at all though, the album price.

Five years since their last album release, who even thought Radiohead would make a comeback. Now that they did, we are told that they are under no label and the album itself can be bought for whatever price the fan wants to pay.

On the website it states, "Radiohead have made a record. So far, it is only available from this website."

There are two options of ordering the album.

The second option is buying the Discbox which consists of the new album In Rainbows on CD, and on 2x12 inch heavyweight vinyl records. Also included is a second enhanced CD which contains more new songs, along with digital photographs, artwork and lyric booklets. All of this comes in a hardback book and slipcase. This package also includes the album download from the website. This is all for the price of forty Euros.

Think that's too much?

Since the band is under its own label now, and you can only get the album on their website at this time, until 2008, fans get to name their own price.

The first option is just a simple download in which you get the songs in a zip file; all for the simple price of whatever you decide.

There is a transaction fee, and you must realize that you are paying in Euros. For example, if you want to pay one dollar and fifty cents, it actually ends up being around two dollars and forty something cents in American dollars.

The album is amazing, and definitely what fans expect and want from Radiohead. Their best three songs on the new album are Nude, All I Need and Videotape. Do me a favor and check it out, you won't regret it.

Their sound is so mellow and relaxing, you can even study to it.

It's been five years since their last album and it seems as if they were never gone. Their sound is still the same and they still have fans impressed.

The album will be released in its disc version next year. For now, name your own price and get Radiohead's new album.
