On Oct. 9, 2007, Lindsay Lohan made headlines again by checking out of Cirque Lodge, the residential rehab facility she joined in August.

According to TMZ, Lohan will still continue her rehab, but will be in L.A. at a non-residential rehab center to undergo medical and dental procedures.

She will also be in L.A. to finish shooting scenes from the upcoming movie "Dare to Love Me" (a bio about tango legend Carlos Gardel), but will return to Utah once all is completed to continue her treatment.

It is important to know that the law has not forgotten about her and she has been sentenced to ten days of community service and one day of jail time for her high-speed incident in July.

While in rehab, Lohan found love with her new beau Riley Giles, a 25 year old snowboarder. Lohan was spotted with a ring on her wedding finger and rumors flew that she was engaged, but her camp denied them.

Now, her new beau is bringing old drama back into Lohan's life.

Turns out he was engaged and now the infuriated ex-fiancé is talking. The fiancé, Bree Tierney, found out about Giles and Lohan via tabloids.

Giles confessed to Tierny that he had sex with Lohan while they were both in rehab, and got hot and heavy on the stairwell of the center.

"Lindsay Lohan stole my fiancé and wrecked my life. I loved Riley and Lindsay stole him from me," Tierney reported to the National Enquirer.

Tierney also stated that she found out that her engagement ring was actually cubic zirconium, a mock diamond.

According to TMZ, this ex-fiancé is so upset she is even having MySpace fights with her ex. After living three years with Giles, waiting for him, and supporting him through rehab it's perfectly understandable.

Lohan has officially introduced her new beau to the paparazzi with the two being chased down everywhere in L.A. Neither she nor her public relations team has made any comments on the allegations that Tierney has made.

The only thing left to hope for is that this new guy does not lead Lohan back to more trouble.
