The Catholic Church has been in transition since the very beginning of its reign. But it is even more so now. Over 10% of Americans have left the religion. And there is a shortage of clergy due to death, retirement, and even resignation. The church has been ridiculed and put down constantly for its rules and customs, especially since all the sex abuse scandals.

Would you believe that over 84,000 people are over the age of 100 in the U.S., and climbing at an astonishing rate? The reason for this is because so many people are more informed about the effects of aging, and what they're able to do to prevent it. My philosophy is to A.

In response to "Pace University or Pace High School?" of April 16, 2008. No, this is not high school. When did (some) college students start acting like it is? I think there is disconnect between what students and faculty consider appropriate or inappropriate behavior in the classroom.

When some people think of Salsa, they think of Salsa chips and Guacamole, or sauce. For those whom that statement is true, they are not so far from the truth. Salsa dancing is just that: a sauce. It is a "spicy" mixture of ingredients that incorporates sensuality, flirtatiousness, and fun.

This movie is what all the billboards and ads on public busses are raging about. Have you ever been wrongfully dumped? Terribly broken-hearted? And whatever you do, you are reminded of that person everywhere you go? What do you do? Probably cry your heart out, find a new partner, or take a trip… perhaps? That's what the character, Peter, does in this movie, premiering April 18.

Many people may not realize that the nose and mouth are both responsible for taste. Even though taste buds are found in the mouth, the flavor of food also involves how the food smells. If the nose is stuffy, taste is now relying on only one half of its source: the mouth.
